Veterinary Ophthalmology Services was established in 1991 and serves as the only full-time animal eye care facility in middle Tennessee. Our main office is located in Nashville, with satellite locations in Chattanooga, Murfreesboro, and Rivergate.

Our main office is located near One Hundred Oaks at the Harding Place exit off of I-65.

Directions

» From I-65 N

Take Harding Place Exit 78 and go straight through the light onto Sidco Drive. Go 0.7 miles and turn left onto Kenilwood Drive by Mr. T’s Patio Store. The clinic will be on the right.

» From I-65 S

Take the Harding Place East Exit 78A and take the loop onto Harding Place Drive. Stay left as you cross over I-65, and at the first light turn left onto Sidco Drive. Go 0.7 miles and turn left onto Kenilwood Drive by Mr. T’s Patio Store. The clinic will be on the right.

» From I-24 W

Take Exit 56 to Harding Place and turn left. Drive 3.7 miles and turn right onto Sidco Drive. Go 0.7 miles and turn left onto Kenilwood Drive by Mr. T’s Patio Store. The clinic will be on the right.

» From I-24 E

Keep right to merge onto I-65 S/I-40 W towards Huntsville/Memphis. Stay on I-65 S to Exit 78A Harding Place East and loop onto Harding Place Drive. Stay left as you cross over I-65, and at the first light turn left onto Sidco Drive. Go 0.7 miles and turn left onto Kenilwood Drive by Mr. T’s Patio Store. The clinic will be on the right.

» From I-40 W

Take Exit 213A on the left to merge onto I-440 W toward Memphis. Take exit 5 to merge onto I-65 S toward Huntsville. Take Harding East Exit 78A and take the loop onto Harding Place Drive. Stay left as you cross over I-65, and at the first light turn left onto Sidco Drive. Go 0.7 miles and turn left onto Kenilwood Drive by Mr. T’s Patio Store. The clinic will be on the right.

Take Exit 206 to merge onto I-440 E towards Knoxville. Take Exit 5 to merge onto I-65 S toward Huntsville. Take Harding East Exit 78A and take the loop onto Harding Place Drive. Stay left as you cross over I-65, and at the first light turn left onto Sidco Drive. Go 0.7 miles and turn left onto Kenilwood Drive by Mr. T’s Patio Store. The clinic will be on the right.

Chattanooga Location

Dr. Laratta sees patients in Chattanooga on the first 3 Thursdays every month. Please contact our staff in Nashville to make an appointment at this location.

Directions
From I-75
Take Exit 4 onto Highway 153 North. Go about 5 miles and take exit 6 to Amnicola Highway. Turn left and follow Amnicola Hwy for another 5 miles. The clinic will be on the left.

From I-24
Take Exit 178 onto Hwy 27 North and stay on the left ramp. Take Exit 1-C onto 4th Street and take the next left onto Chestnut Street. Take a right at Riverfront Parkway which will turn into Amnicola Hwy. The clinic will be about 3 miles down on the right.

Murfreesboro Location

From I-24
Take Exit 74B onto 840 E. After 2 miles, take Exit 55A onto Northwest Broad Street. The clinic will be in the shopping center about 1.7 miles down on the right.

Rivergate (Goodlettsville) Location

Directions
From I-65
Take exit 96 onto Rivergate Parkway heading East. Follow Rivergate Parkway for about 1 mile and turn Right onto Glancy Road. The clinic will be 2 blocks up on the right, on the corner of Glancy Road and Meadowlark Lane.

Equine Locations

Our ophthalmologists see equine patients by special arrangement. Please contact our main office to make an appointment.
